Lucy Jane Clark Starr
1870 - 1931
Lucy Jane Clark Starr was born in Kansas in 1870 to Henry C. Clark and Elizabeth Clark.
Lucy grew up in Burr Oak in Doniphan County, Kansas.
Lucy married Charles Hedrick Starr, son of a not yet determined father and Nancy Fouts in 1892. They lived in Highland and Iowa in Doniphan County, Kansas. Lucy and Charles had 5 children; Estella May Starr, Emma Jane Starr, Frederick Lincoln Starr, William Henry Starr and Mattie Lee Starr.
Lucy died in 1931 in Kansas.
