Estella May Starr was born in Kansas in 1893 to Charles Hedrick Starr and Lucy Jane Clark Starr.
Estella was a long time resident of Wolf River in Doniphan County, Kansas.
Estelle married Omar Merritt Pennel, son of Augustus Pennel and Mary J Pennel in 19??. They continued to live in Wolf River and later Troy. Estella and Omar had ? children.
